Delicate Sweet Breakfast – How to make fluffy and sweet cocoa waffles (gas version)
Prepare all the ingredients. I didn’t get the salt.
Waffle pans can be greased first, either with coconut oil (butter) or salad oil, and excess oil should be wiped off with paper towels!
Fully emulsify the coconut oil (butter) and milk, if the coconut oil has curdled, find a pot of warm water underneath.
Add the eggs and mix well
Add the sugar and salt and mix well (forgot to take a picture)
Sift in the glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and toss well
Pour into a waffle pan, fill the squares to the brim, smoothen slightly with a silicone spatula, close the lid of the waffle maker and heat over low heat
After a minute of heating, you can flip it over, be more diligent, you can adjust the position of the lower pan to prevent uneven heating, flip a few times, you can open to see the ripeness, I basically smell the fragrance after a little baking on the cooked!
The amount of ingredients I have above will make three pots, and coconut oil can be replaced with butter, I’ve tried them all!
I made this one with coconut oil, and the kids love the cacao waffles.
