How to make delicious spicy shrimp.
Deep fry all the ingredients first, including parsley, garlic cloves, ginger, dried chili (forgot to take a picture), except for the pepper and fresh Thai pepper.
Then drain the oil, then rinse the pan, slide a little oil into the pan, heat it, sprinkle the peppers into the pan and stir-fry 3 times (I forgot to take pictures of this step)
Pour all the ingredients into the pan and sauté over high heat for about 1 minute, turn off the heat.
Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and wine, turn the heat to high and stir-fry for 30 seconds, turn off the heat, sprinkle a little cumin, and serve.
It’s a delicious, spicy, hot and tasty mess.
