Peel and wash the corn, stand up and cut the kernels off the corn
The corn kernels vary in size and will have a different texture. If you have a food processor, you can also make it finer.
Don’t throw the kernels away after you’ve cut them up. You can cook them in boiling water, and they’ll have a mild corn flavor.
Remove the corn kernels from the heat, add the corn kernels and cook on high for 15-20 minutes, then add some sugar to taste
Beat one or two eggs, turn off the heat and pour the egg mixture into the pan slowly and clockwise, without stirring, to allow the egg whites to set.
A warm bowl of glutinous corn and eggplant soup is done.
