How to cook duck with bamboo shoots in hotpot
Bring water to boil, add duck pieces, 1 slice ginger, 1 tbsp wine and blanch.
Tear the asparagus into strips and wash off the salt. Soak them for five minutes before washing them off. Wash the dried asparagus several times or it will be too salty
Rinse and drain the duck meat
Put the duck pieces, bamboo shoots, ginger and wine into a rice cooker, add water to cover the ingredients and cook.
Float out midway.
It’ll be ready in an hour and a half.
