How to make pork rice with dried plum vegetables
Prepare about 20g of dried plum cabbage, soak, rinse and wring out the water; carrot half diced, potato one diced, 150g of pork sliced, garlic about 8 cloves finely chopped.
Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the pork.
Stir-fry the meat until it is slightly browned, then pour out the lard from the pan and set aside
Continue to put the carrots, potatoes, plum, stir-fry, add some soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt and wine and stir-fry evenly.
Pour in 2 cups of rinsed raw rice and stir-fry for about a minute.
Pour the lard into the pan and deep fry the garlic, until half golden brown, turn off the heat, use the residual heat to continue to deep fry the garlic to brown.
And a little green onion.
Cook the rice and toss in the prepared green onions and fried pesto
