How to make dry tofu with chili peppers
Prepare two sheets of Northeast dry tofu, 1 long green pepper
Northeast dry tofu cut into 1 cm wide and 15 cm long strips, long green pepper cut into pieces, ginger, scallions cut into foam, starch and water.
Add ginger and green onion in a frying pan.
Add the dried tofu, stir-fry for 1 minute, pouring a little water to prevent burning, add about 2 grams of salt.
Sprinkle with a little bit of pepper, stir-fry a few more times, add about 75g of water and bring to a boil, then change the heat to medium-low for 1 minute.
Then add the chopped bell pepper, turn up the heat, stir-fry a few times, cover the pan and bring to a boil.
Pour in the starch immediately after boiling, and quickly turn to thicken evenly.
Put some chicken in the pan and plate up! Dry tofu with chili!
