How to make dry pan fish
Cut the fish body on the bias, rub with salt, stuff the fish stomach with Yibin sprouts.
Cut the potatoes into long strips and the onion into cubes.
Fry the fish in a pan with a little more oil until it is browned on both sides. Note: On high heat, keep the fish down and turn it over about once every 20 seconds. Fry the fish about 3 times on one side.
Serve the fish. Deep fry the potatoes in the oil left over from the fish until golden brown. Note: Turn them over once every 10 seconds on high heat.
Add the oil, tempeh and bean paste to the pan and fry well. Add a little water to the pan and add the fried fish. The water can be less than half of the fish.
Serve the fish with both sides flavored. Add the onions and fry the potatoes. Add barbecue dip. Remove from the pan and garnish with cilantro.
