Easy and delicious way to make egg rolls
Flour in a bowl
Stir in some water to make a paste
Add the eggs and mix well
Add salt, thirteen spices and chicken broth and mix well.
Heat a little cooking oil in a pan over low heat
Guide the batter. Spoon at a time, making the batter even by turning it around.
When the batter is completely set on one side, prepare to turn it over.
You can flip it by shaking the pan, so it won’t spoil the pie.
When the other side is golden brown, the omelet is ready.
Top with tomato sauce, slices of fried ham hock, and lettuce and you’re ready to eat.
Roll it up and eat it.
My son loved it so much, he ate three in one sitting and I ate two, paired with six nutritious and delicious walnuts (see previous recipe), perfect!
Make sure to use low heat, otherwise it will be easy to fry, and you can roll any vegetable you like. You can’t beat the eggs directly into the flour, they tend to get lots of little lumps. You must beat the eggs into the batter. Beginners turn over more, if you think there is not enough time, you can turn back and reheat for a while, be sure not to wait a long time to turn over, turn over the paste regret! It will be too late. After you get good at it, you usually just flip it once, and it’s just right.
