Simple version of homemade beef noodles with vegetables

● Why is the ingredient list all in moderation, because how much you eat is up to you, if you like meat put more, if you like salty put more salt, if you like thin noodles you can also change, we are looking at the method!
1, wash your favorite vegetables, prepare the amount of pasta, marinate the beef ahead of time, I used my mom’s marinated beef so I skipped this step (there is a Tip at the end)
2: Put some water in the pot, bring to a boil, then add the noodles, boil again, then turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes.
3、When the noodles have had enough time, remove them from the heat and put them in a bowl, boil the water again, add the beef when ready to boil, scatter with chopsticks, add oil and salt to taste and turn off the heat.
4: Pour the cooked beef over the pasta and pour in some of the stock.
5, if there is no beef broth, or soup is low, add water, water boiling add vegetables, again water boiling break green can be (you like soft vegetables, cook a little longer).
6, Scoop the vegetables out into the pasta and finish the bowl with the black pepper and sesame oil!
