Blast the garlic with a little oil, we recommend using a small saucepan as the radishes need time to soften and the sauce will not evaporate too quickly.
Peel and dice the radishes (chop them to your liking), add them to the pan and stir-fry.
Add the seasonings and a bowl of water
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Cook until the radish is soft, then turn off the heat, cover the lid and let it simmer for a while.
