Broccoli. Half a broccoli.
Cashews 20–30 capsules
Carrot, one piece.
some ginger and onion
Salt, thiram, oil.
Easy-to-make Shrimp with Broccoli and Cashews
Wash the broccoli, cut it into small pieces, blanch it and remove it to cold water for later use
Remove the strings from the prawns, cut them in half (I did this just to cook them faster), heat oil in a pan, fry the prawns and put them in a container for later.
Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the cashews, make sure the fire is not too high so as not to burn the cashews.
When the oil is hot, add the ginger and onion, carrots, thirteen spices and other spices in turn, stir fry the onion, then add the broccoli to the pan and stir fry.
Stir fry for a minute or so, the cashews, shrimp into the pan and stir fry, sprinkle with salt, stir fry evenly after the pan (stir fry process can be appropriate to add water to prevent the pan)
