dark soy sauce
|1 large scoop|
cinnamon (Cinnamonum cassia)
thirteen jasmine (Cyperus rotundus)
light soy sauce
dried hawthorn (hawthorn fruit)
A simple version of marinated quail eggs
Wash the quail eggs, put them in a container, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and simmer until about 10-20 minutes, you can crack the quail eggs one by one with a spoon (easy to taste afterwards).
Add the marinade (allspice, cumin, star anise, cinnamon, thirteen spices, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, dried hawthorn, rock sugar) into the cracked quail eggs, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30-45 minutes.
I’m not going to be able to find a way to get a good deal on this.
