How to make tomato hotpot in 20 minutes.
Chop the onion and garlic, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, cut the tofu into cubes, cut one mushroom into four cloves, and set aside
When the oil is hot, add the onion and garlic, stir-fry a few times and add the tomatoes.
After the tomatoes have simmered for a while and the tomato sauce has melted, add a little water, add the mushrooms and button mushrooms and cook together, then add a spoonful of soy sauce.
When the mushrooms and button mushrooms are soft, add some water, not too much, just enough for one person, bring to a boil, add the beef/fat rolls, tofu cubes, vermicelli, beat the eggs, the eggs are almost cooked, sprinkle some salt, add the cilantro, add a spoonful of vinegar and you are ready to serve!
Salt in moderation because the bean paste is already salty.
You can put the tofu in earlier if you want it to taste better.
This recipe is for one person, I cooked it directly in a small 28cm milk pan, which is perfect for one pot.
Don’t put too much water in it. It’s too much for one person.
Any side dish you don’t like can be substituted, or you can add a favorite dish.
