How to make egg pavlova
Cut the green onions, cucumber and ham into small pieces, cut the potatoes and peppers into shreds, beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well.
Microwave 1 scoop of sweet sauce + half a bowl of water + sugar + 1 scoop of starch for 1 minute or until mushy. Sweet sauce finished.
Stir fry the shredded potatoes raw, not overcooked.
Mix the water and flour with 1 teaspoon of salt until grain free and slightly thickened, in fact, the thinner the better, but it’s the first time to do it. I’m not sure if it’s the right consistency, but for the sake of success, is it better
Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, shake the pan around to spread it evenly and brush the egg mixture evenly.
When the edges are browned, turn the pancake over and add some sesame seeds and green onions in the middle, the color will be beautiful and the aroma of green onions is full.
When the pancakes are golden brown, you can brush them with sauce, I served with sweet sauce + chili oil + lettuce + cucumber + potatoes + ham.
The finished product, according to my recipe, can make 10 pancakes.
2: The batter must be a little thicker, or the crust will be too thin and easily rotten.
