Pour the egg whites, granulated sugar and lemon juice into a clean, dry, oil-free whisk and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Stir in the edible dried fruit crumbles and vanilla extract, but don’t mix too long, as the egg white will deflate if you do. Then pour into a baking dish with a hot cloth on the bottom and shape with a cake spatula. Then dip the outside in sliced raw almonds or white sesame seeds.
Place the formed soufflé baking sheet in the oven preheated on 150 degree fan mode for 7 minutes and bake on the first level for 25 minutes. Minutes. After baking the cake must be eaten while it is still warm.
