This congee has 18 ingredients in it, so I call it a multi-functional grain congee.

Eight treasures congee – multi-functional grain congee – rice cooker methods
Let’s start with my material.
Glutinous rice, black rice, barley rice, brown rice, millet, corn, red beans, mung beans, black beans, fava beans, peanuts, lotus seeds, yam, raisins, goji berries, and finally a nest egg.
Except for raisins, goji berries and eggs, wash the ingredients and put them in the rice cooker, thick porridge function for 2-3 hours, cooked at 5 am.
If the weather is cold and the beans are not easily rotten, boil the water first and then start the appointment function.
I usually wake up at 6:00 a.m. and make a reservation for 5:00 a.m. When the porridge is cooked, let it simmer for an hour or two for a more glutinous texture.
In the morning, stir in the raisins and goji berries, then add the eggs. Turn on the thick porridge function and cook for a while. At this point, you are free to move around.
When you have finished washing and dressing, turn off the rice cooker and start eating.
The amount of water should be adjusted according to the ingredients, try twice. I put more beans, the gap is wide.1+3/4 cups of rice and beans, water to the scale 1+1/4 position.
