I saw other people’s recipes and finished products on the Internet and was shaken (drunk), so I bought the oven and all the tools from the Internet, ready to make my own big move, and as it turns out, the fairy tales are all lies, and it’s typical to look at them and then scrap them!
But fortunately, it wasn’t a complete waste, just a little waste
Click in cuties please bear with my nagging and be patient and read through. Because this article is all about some of the mistakes I’ve made in baking cookies, or some of the words that newbies tend to overlook and detail
This article is not like the other tutorials, everyone else has zero failure tutorials, but mine, is a finished failed product made with reference to zero failure tutorials ( No spraying here, just due to my own issues and experiences), so I was more interested in writing this meaningful article
In the end, I wish you all the best of luck with what you eat, doubling your health, making a perfect finished product, and getting to the top of your game. The most important thing is to be able to eat, not fat, next, on the
These for everyone

My ingredients are based on the tutorial cranberry cookies (super easy, collar fail, beginner’s favorite) posted by Next Kitchen user Manual @ Liu Junjun.
I’ve moved the ingredients here for your convenience, but this recipe isn’t very sweet, so those who love sweet can add more frosting!
And now it’s official. My show
low gluten flour
Failed but valuable Cranberry Cookies (no whipping required) Directions
The first step is easy: Weigh up.
Weigh all the materials used.
‼️ There is also a careful way to weigh ingredients, you should read the full tutorial before you do it, then go through it in your own brain first, and while weighing here you should start to soften the butter!
｜ Alert one.
When I was softening butter, the author wrote that it could be softened by hot water, so I was naive and melted the butter ❗️ across the hot water ❗️, although there is a word difference, but still feel not too dry, and then went to the Internet to search to make biscuits with melted butter, whether it is good to eat, someone replied that it does not matter, make it will be a surprise (after doing the inner os: I really believe in your evil, but also surprise, believe you a ghost).
So this is one thing that the baking white should be aware of, butter softening on ok, do not melt it!
Then we follow the tutorial and fuck it up.
1⃣ Softened butter with frosting, stirring
2⃣ Add the egg mixture and keep stirring (I beat the egg mixture a little with an electric whisk to blend it better)
3⃣ Add the dried cranberries and stir!
4⃣ Sift in the low gluten flour and stir again (I sifted this step nearly ten times, which may have contributed to the poor texture later)
Sifted the low gluten flour a lot, so it took quite a while to stir!
No picture for this step, forgot to take a picture
U-shaped shaper, add plastic bags, make a rectangular shape (because I wanted to make sliced cookies, so I used the shaper), then put in the refrigerator, freeze (not frozen, but I heard that three hours of refrigeration is also very tasty) about an hour!
In an hour.
Take it out and cut it.
Chilled for an hour, it wasn’t very hard when I took it out, poked it with my hand, it was soft and got very soft very quickly, fried chicken was hard to cut, very sticky knife
After cutting (picture why is this is because it is not good to cut, then I flattened with a mold, but still particularly soft, not good to shape) , I don’t know which step went wrong, help me out if you know the baby)
Bake (here depends on your oven, our home is 150 ℃, 18-25 minutes. The beginning is to put the middle layer, our home has four layers, so put it on the second layer, bake half and then moved to the third layer, because the surface and the bottom is not uniform. You can also just flip them over without changing the layers). You have to observe the baking process from time to time to avoid burning them.
PS: The picture is my head full of ideas while baking!
The roasted subs, they smell good
Baked out the texture is not good, the inside is not crispy at all, and a little bit of white low powder, cry whine. In addition, the dried cranberries are very sour, accounting for a lot of flavor, I do not like, so we try to cut up some of the time!
The sugar on top is because you added it when you baked it yourself, and even though the oven is hot, sugar on cookies is It won’t It won’t melt.
Melted butter causes oil and water to separate, which makes it taste worse if you make a snack and doesn’t blend well with the other ingredients.
The remedy I read online is to refrigerate it, stirring it every two minutes until you can easily squeeze a finger into it. It’s ok. Also, butter melts too much and goes bad.
When sifting the flour, don’t overmix, just mix until you can’t see the white powder, overmixing will cause the flour to gluten, and you don’t need to sift it in so many times.
So_26D4 alert three.
The dough doesn’t cut well It could be that you didn’t press the dough tightly enough before freezing, or the dough is too wet and low on flour.
So_26D4 alert four.
There are many reasons why cookies are hard but not crispy, the amount of ingredients used, the baking technique, the baking temperature, and the time may affect the taste, so it’s up to fate. It. Hahaha.
Make the cookies soft, the internet says you can use a hair dryer or put them on ice in the fridge for a better texture!
Thank you all for seeing this
