How to Make Quick Fried Breakfast Dumplings
Arrange the wrapped dumplings in a pan (I wrap them once a week and freeze more in the freezer)
Add a bowl of water, a few drops of cooking oil, cover with a lid and place over high heat
It doesn’t matter if the water is a little bit more or less than half of the dumpling, at most not less than the dumpling.
(If you like both sides crispy, turn over with a spatula and cook for half a minute)
Take it out and put it on a plate.
The big baby should be dipped in vinegar, the little baby should be dipped in ketchup.
