Quick breakfast – wolfberry pumpkin rice porridge practice
Millet overnight rinse and soak overnight, millet is easy to rise open so depending on the number of people, there is really no need to prepare too much, pumpkin is the next morning washed and diced, soaked for about 20 minutes, goji berries washed and reserved.
