How to make a reduced fat fruit sandwich
First prepare all the ingredients.
Beat the eggs, add salt, and sesame seeds.
Soak the toast in the egg mixture.
Then fry the eggs.
Fry the two slices of toast on each side. (I have this step because of the egg mixture, so I don’t need to add it.)
Then put the toast fried side up.
Place the fruit and eggs on top. (You can add whatever you want to put on it.)
Then cover the toast and continue frying.
(Just remember to flip it over and don’t burn it.)
Then out of the pan, cut off, and eat!
