How to make sour soup with fatty beef in Cantonese style
Dried hawthorn, dried mint, and rosemary boil water together. I simmered it for 20 minutes using the health pot’s medicine function.

A pound of tomatoes chopped, add 3 small chili peppers and fry until soft and juicy. Add the strained hawthorn water and bring to a boil.
Add a spoonful of sugar to the soup for freshness. Bring to a boil over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes, or until sauce is thick.
Remove the mushrooms from the heat and reserve.
Rinse and dry the fatted beef in water and reserve.
Prepare the fatted beef.
Once the soup base is simmering, add the mushrooms and bring to a boil, then add the fatted beef and sprinkle with salt. Place the cilantro on top and serve.
Sour and spicy appetizing sour beef soup is ready.
