How to make Fish Gum Soup
Cut the fish glue into sections, rinse with water, can be soaked or not, feel free to do so.
Put the fish glue into a pressure cooker, put more water in it, the water will be much less when stewing later. Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam on top, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for half an hour.
Break up the walnuts, remove the pit of cinnamon, and pit the dates. Wash and reserve.
Add all of the above ingredients, open the lid and boil for 5 minutes.
