Sauté rice and spread the bottom.
Line the rice with shredded lettuce.
Thinly slice the plum meat, marinate for five minutes and fry until lightly browned.
Place the shredded green onions on top and pour over the marinade (sauce: miso, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sake, and mirin, mix well).
Reduce heat to low and remove from pan.
Serve in a box.
