Foolproof way to concoct white fruits
Pick up some ripe ginkgo berries from the ground
Put it in a relevant container at home (I’m a trash can) and soak it for about a week (thought it would be smelly, put it on the balcony, soak it in water without leaning in to smell no odor, so completely forget it’s there)
After a week, fish out, put on gloves, cover your nose, and separate the kernels from the pulp. (Good for heading to an open area to operate, stole a lazy day at home to process and got stinky from the bank dog coming back from overtime)
Allow 1-2 days for the kernels to turn white (pistachio-like) and be ready for processing. Some people say to smash straight open, but it’s really hard to smash, I smashed a flat, directly on the table, out of the white juice (feel there) (highly toxic looking). The smash proved to be really hard to control the force, and then opted for boiling, which theoretically required 10 minutes of boiling before opening on its own (blood tears) (said afterwards), to be honest, I cooked for 30-40 minutes, started with a snow pan, then switched to a deep pan with a lid.
In between, I operated it 20 times in succession, and found that the chances of opening were slim, and since the working dog was coming up on the afternoon shift, I really couldn’t cook it anymore, so I almost pulled it out and put it in cold water!
The butt opening, as shown. The results show that there will still be a lot of cooking for more than half an hour and still no opening, and practice has shown that biting open a slit in the upper mouth is actually the fastest! Means. It is recommended that almost 20 minutes of cooking can be pulled out with the mouth to bite, do not waste gas and precious time.
After that it’s like this, if you fish it out in hot water and put it into cold water to peel it directly, the outer layer of skin should be very easy to remove, and after skipping work for 20 minutes to indulge in the mechanical movement of removing the hard shell, you really don’t have the face to peel them one by one.
Of course, I heard that the most I could eat was 4-5 pieces at a time, and the rest I heard that freezing with the skin on was a good choice, so after a few symbolic peels, I stopped.
That’s pretty much it, fool proof sharing, thanks for passing by- slow walk- ಠ_ಠ
Add some fungus and goji berries and cook them in the rice cooker.
One shy picture.
Glutinous, but I don’t think I found the buds anywhere!!!! Is it poisonous
