How to make fresh pot rabbit (kid’s version)
Chop small pieces of rabbit meat and wash and drain.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Pour the wine, pepper and starch over the rabbit meat.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the rabbit and fry until it turns white.
Prepare a bowl to pick up the rabbit meat, add some ginger and garlic and salt to taste before cooking.
Clean the pan and add oil, add bean paste, millet chilli, spring onions and garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add the green pepper and ginger and stir-fry for aroma.
Once the ingredients are aromatic, bring the water to a boil in a pan and add the side dishes.
You can also use another pan to cook the side dishes and then put the rabbit inside.
Add the side dish to the pan and bring to a boil, then add the rabbit and cook together.
Bring to a boil and cook for six to ten minutes.
If the side dishes were cooked separately, you can put them in now.
Add pepper oil and favorite seasonings before starting the pan.
Plate and sprinkle with green onions, ready to eat.
