How to make squid boy with two peppers
So the ingredients are ready, the washing, the cutting, along with a bowl of sauce to thicken the final sauce (sauce ingredients: soy sauce, salt, oil, oyster sauce, starch, pepper).
The pan is hot, the oil, the garlic and ginger stir-fry over medium-low heat (be careful not to fire too much, or scorched), and then the chili ️ Keep stir frying for about a minute or two, smell the chillies!
Lower the squid, turn the heat to medium-high and fry for 5 minutes. Saute for 5 minutes.
Finally, add the sauce, stir-fry well and reduce the sauce on high heat.
