How to make fried peppers
All peppers cut into small circles.
Diced lotus root.
Rice, pulverize into rice flour in a food processor.
Let stand for 12 hours.
Fill cans and add rice flour with water for 2 weeks.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry over high heat, and add salt.
