How to cook prawns in oil
Washing the shrimp was too much of a hassle, so we simply left them untreated.
Heat oil in a pan, add shrimp, ginger and stir-fry until brown, add a spoonful of oil, some light soy sauce, a small spoonful of sugar, a little salt and stir-fry to taste.
