How to make fried rice cake with winter crab
Ingredients ready: winter crab cleaned; rice cake sliced; green onions, ginger and garlic chopped.
Quick and easy: cut off the crab legs and claws ➡️ remove the crab navel ➡️ open the crab shell ➡️ remove the gills ➡️ cut the crab body in half.
Heat the oil with bamboo chopsticks and bubble, cover the crab body with cornstarch and fry in a pan until golden brown.
Fry the crab legs and shells together in the pan (the shells are red) and serve.
Saute the onion, ginger and garlic in the oil in a pan.
Pour the winter crab and rice cakes into the pan
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine and dark soy sauce to taste.
Add a bowl of water to the pot and let it simmer, covered, for a few moments (two minutes or so)
Plate and sprinkle with parsley.
