How to make deep-fried vegetarian chicken soup
Slice the vegetarian chicken, a little thicker, or the back will be too thin and easily broken.
Spices ready, increase or decrease depending on personal taste
Place the vegetarian chicken in the frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. You can’t see the golden brown in the oil I used, just fry it on both sides.
Soak the fried veggie chicken in cold water, this step is the key to make the veggie chicken melt in your mouth, although delicious, but not easy to break!
Once everything is deep fried, and almost everything is soaked, add the leaves, star anise, cinnamon, chili pepper (my family doesn’t eat chili pepper, so I put half of it in), salt, and cook over high heat.
Add MSG to bring it to a boil and sprinkle with green onions.
Be sure to soak the vegetarian chicken after frying it!
