How to make fruit and vegetable fritters
Prepare dragon fruit for juicing and filtering.
Then mix the baking powder, baking soda in the flour.
Pour in the dragon juice and add an egg, oil and salt.
Mix to a floury consistency and use your hands to figure out the noodles, do not knead. Repeat the process until smooth. Fold in this way every half an hour.
After three times, put it in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate it overnight.
The next morning, warm the dough and stretch it gently with a little dry flour.
Roll out thinly with a rolling pin!
Use a knife to cut into long strips of equal width.
Dip a chopstick in water to smear a watermark on each long strip.
Stack the two strips together and press them in the middle with chopsticks to avoid separating them when frying.
Heat the oil in a wok, and when the oil is 60 percent hot, the chopsticks will be hot. When the bubbles appear, you can put the dough sticks in the embryo, turning them over and over again to make them more fluffy. The more you turn them, the more fluffy they will be.
Each one fluffy and crispy.
Eat your own fritters with confidence, with a touch of fruit and vegetable flavor mixed in!
