How to deep fry your own chili oil
Dried pepper noodles, add some ground pepper noodles, add some salt and mix well.
Add some water, just add a little more, no need for extra water, it will stay moist.
The water is added so that it doesn’t batter when deep fried. When the water is fried, the spiciness is brought out and the color is brighter when the water is deep fried
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat until the oil is smoking, about 200 degrees.
Using a spoon, pour 1/3 of the oil over the chili noodles you just made.
Spoon another 1/3 of the oil over it.
Pour another 1/3.
That is, spicy chili oil is fine. Leave it overnight and the oil will turn red.
If you pour a lot of water at once, it will get mushy. If you do it in three times, the first time will bring out the water, and the second time will bring out the fragrance. The third time is more fragrant.
