The practice of garlic chili sauce
Freshly picked, or market-bought red peppers.
Crush the peppers in a blender into a chili paste, stir in the garlic and mince the garlic and onion. Add the oil and sauté the ➕ onion with garlic until soft ➕ chilli paste stir fry ➕ salt ➕ oyster sauce slowly, do not paste the pan. Stir fry without raw chili flavor ➕ icing sugar ➕ soy sauce (soy sauce in warm water) slowly, about half an hour. The aroma comes to your nose. Store cool in a sealed jar for at least 3 months.
