When I was a kid, we had a hot local restaurant called “Interesting”.

I loved vegetable fried rice for many years, and now that it’s gone, I’ve made a replica of it from memory I want to tell my daughter, look at this simple and gentle vegetable fried rice that your mother loved when she was young

Cook the grainy rice first I don’t usually use cold rice, I want to eat it freshly cooked.
Rinse the greens well.
Diced green vegetables and bacon, just a little less diced bacon and more green vegetables, because after frying there is only a little bit left
Sauté diced bacon in oil in a pan.
When you smell the aroma, add the rice and stir-fry.
Add the egg mixture and coat the rice
Add the vegetables and toss them together, adding a little salt (you can actually leave it out, as the egg mixture has salt in it and the bacon is salty)
