How to make glutinous pork feet
Pork feet, chicken wings, washed and put under cold water, add the right amount of wine and ginger
Cook for about 2 minutes to remove the froth.
Strain, wash in cold water and control dry.
Seasoning (not including soya bean icing sugar, I forgot to take a picture in the other bowl)
Heat the pan with a little cooking oil, add the icing sugar and sauté the sugar color. Then sauté the peppers, ginger flakes, dried chillies along with the pork feet and chicken wings. (The other brines are wrapped in gauze, so there’s nothing left to fry.)
The stir-fried sugar color is not very heavy, but that’s okay, it can also be colored by adding soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Put everything together in an electric pressure cooker.
Press the hoof button.
Taste and adjust in moderation before coming out of the pan.
Dried shiitake mushrooms are better.
