How to make a good haggis soup
Wash the haggis and prepare it for use.
Put the haggis in a pan of cold water, add the ginger and green onions.
When the water comes to a boil, skim off the foam, add the white pepper and ginger, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 40 minutes.
Find another pot, boil water, and when the water comes to a boil, add the sweet potato flour, cook for 3 minutes, remove from the heat, and allow to cool until ready to use
30 minutes, soup turns creamy, add sweet potato flour, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Add cilantro, shallots and chili oil (optional).
