How to make a delicious soufflé
Soften butter and whip until white.
Add the granulated sugar and milk powder and continue to whisk well
Add one of the room temperature eggs and beat well
Sift in the low gluten flour and toss to coat evenly without dry flour.
Wrapped and refrigerated for 1 hour
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll it out to 1cm thick and press the shape with a mould.
Preheat oven to 170 degrees, brush with egg wash for the first time, let cool for a while, brush again with egg wash.
Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes, cover with foil when done.
