How to Make a Gradual Matcha Latte
Coffee powder and sugar, with hot water, stir well, transfer into coffee syrup.
Tip: The coffee powder used here is pure black coffee, the very bitter kind, not the instant 3-in-1 like that oh.
Matcha powder with warm water, with a mixer and mix well.
Tip: Matcha powder does not dissolve as easily as coffee powder, so a blender is used here. Or you can use a Japanese tea brush to mix it well. Try to choose a better matcha powder made in Japan, the color is nice and the taste is better. Here we use Arashi.
Choose a glass and pour the espresso syrup into it. Then pour in the milk: reach out with a spoon onto the surface of the espresso syrup and slowly pour in the milk along the back of the spoon. Pour in the matcha in the same way.
Stir a little to make the gradient transition more natural, and then take the picture.
It needs to be stirred well when drinking, otherwise the bottom will be extremely sweet.
If you use freshly ground espresso, add sugar to the matcha and no sugar to the coffee, and reverse the order, you can also make an upside-down color.
