How to make green pepper ham skewers
Make the sauce: in a bowl, add the garlic powder, cumin, pepper, light soy sauce, sweet sauce and hot oil in turn and mix well.
Stuff the ham hock into the green peppers and cut into small pieces.
Skewer the green pepper ham in turn.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the skewers of green pepper ham and fry over low heat until lightly browned on the surface.
Turn the skewers over and brush the sauce evenly on the skewers, sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
