How to make green pepper mushroom
1 green chili pepper, 1 persimmon pepper cut into strips, mushroom sliced in water, pork boiled in onion, ginger, wine and sliced in water.
Heat oil and ginger slices, stir-fry the cooked meat, then add the wine and cook.
Add one dried chili pepper, a few slices of garlic and green onions, stir-fry the mushrooms for a moment, then add light soy sauce, a little sugar and rice vinegar and stir-fry.
Finally, add some salt and stir-fry the green chillies and persimmon peppers for a while, then remove from the pan.
