How to Make Green Pepper Scramble with Ham and Eggs
Beat the eggs with a little salt, slice the ham hock, slice the green pepper, chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the oil in a pan, put the usual onion and garlic in the oil, add the egg, shape and serve (don’t take too long).
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic, green pepper and stir fry.
Add the ham hock slices and continue to sauté
Add a little salt, soy sauce and chicken broth and stir-fry.
Add the eggs, scramble and season to taste.
