How to make chopped green mushrooms
Mushrooms, stemmed and chopped
Wash the vegetables, add 1.5 tbsp salt and leave for 5 minutes.
Squeeze the water that comes out a little with your hands, then let it rinse under water, then squeeze it off a little more, then chop it (didn’t take a picture of the chopping)
In a pan with a little olive oil, add the mushrooms and fry.
Add the chopped vegetables, as well as a spoonful of wine and a spoonful of light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
