How to make grilled asparagus
Wash the asparagus and remove the old ones, I usually break them by hand, if the hand can’t break the older ones, remove them all.
Use kitchen paper to remove the water, be sure to absorb all the water, the back of the oil grill to quickly reach a higher temperature than the relatively high temperature. The water on the surface will make the temperature rise too slowly, affecting the taste.
Rub on the olive oil, then sprinkle with pepper and a little salt, and you can lay a few slices of garlic on top.
Then you can leave it for ten minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and then go into the oven for 15 minutes, you can bake it for 10 minutes and observe it before deciding whether to bake it or not! One moment. If your oven is multi-layered, bake on the top shelf.
The slightest bit of streak means it’s cooked.
When it comes out of the oven, feel free to sprinkle some butter drippings on it and use the residual heat to melt the butter, as they say, Butter makes everything better!
