How to grill fish with lots of ingredients
Thaw the chow mein ahead of time, remove the giblets, rinse, and absorb the surface moisture with kitchen paper towels.
Slice the ginger and crush the garlic cloves.
Rub both sides of the fish, including the inside of the belly, evenly with olive oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce and high white wine, and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice, rubbing well.
Then proceed to sprinkle both sides of the fish and the inside of the belly evenly with salt and powder, stuffing the belly with garlic cloves and ginger slices, and covering the fish with the remaining ginger and garlic cloves.
Sprinkle evenly with crushed sweet basil and chopped thyme.
Marinate for about half an hour.
Preheat oven 220.
Place the marinated chow mein on a grill net with a baking sheet lined with foil under the net.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes at 220 degrees on top and bottom.
Remove and brush both sides of the fish evenly with cinnamon honey.
Place in the oven and continue to bake at 220 degrees for 7 minutes.
The fish is ready.
Remove from the oven and serve.
