How to make a mixed grain nest
The millet noodles are made into porridge, half for nesting, half for drinking, it’s a secret recipe.
While it’s hot, add it to the cornmeal, soybean flour and sesame flour… to make it stickier and more palatable.
Stir with chopsticks, let it cool, then add the yeast powder and ferment for an hour or so… then it’ll expand, but you can leave out the sugar if you’re on a diet.
Don’t make it too hard, just a little loose, just a little water on your hands while you’re doing it.
I steamed a mackerel and covered it with a cabbage leaf.
Fire for half an hour.
Good value, good taste.
