How to Make Halloween Chocolate Cake Rolls with Spiders
A. Cake batter
Fully emulsify milk and vegetable oil.
Sift in the powder and mix well.
Add the egg yolks.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Add sugar to egg whites in 3 additions, whisking the egg whites.
Add the egg white to the egg yolk batter in 3 additions and mix well with a spatula or hand mixer.
Pour the batter into a 28×28 golden dish lined with a silicone mat. Bake for 20 minutes.
Bake for 20 minutes. Take out the cake pops and leave to cool. Remove from the mold.
Whip cream until stiff. Spread evenly over cake.
Roll up. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut into equal portions. Refrigerate for later use.
B. Little Spider Decoration
Break the Oreos in half and place a generous amount of cream in the middle.
Evenly divide pocky into equal portions and place in Oreo (position as shown).
Cover with another slice of Oreo and place the eye candies on top.
Put the “little spider” on the cake rolls.
