How to make a happy, fatty beef mix with rice
Put all the ingredients in, put in half a bowl of water and mix well.
Drain the carrots after blanching
Then boil the water and let the vegetables blanch and drain.
When the water finally boils, let the cows get fat.
Drain the beef when it turns white.
Heat oil in a frying pan, fry two eggs and serve.
Save the rest of the oil and saute the onions until they turn transparent.
Stir-fry the beef with the fat for about 3 minutes
Pour in the sauce and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes, you can keep more of the sauce, the rice is delicious.
The sauce is actually a little sweet, which I don’t like, so I put in millet spice later on when it was almost ready to go, so you can leave it out if you like sweets!
