How to make hawthorn jam
Soak the hawthorn in salt water for 10 minutes and wash it.
Handle the washed hawthorn well
Add water and rock sugar and cook in a saucepan.
No special requirement on the amount of water, just no more than hawthorn, I put in more water because I want to have hawthorn soup.
