Korean spicy sauce
Sprite (soft drink)
Home-cooked version —–Korean bibimbap recipe
Carrots shredded finely, bought a knife sharpening tool, haha really knife a lot faster haha
I don’t know what you call it where you come from, but we call it zucchini, washed and shredded.
Boil water in a pot, throw in the shredded carrots and cook for a minute or so.
Same with zucchini.
Pick and rinse the bean sprouts, this can be cooked a little longer, about three or four minutes.
Adding a little oil while cooking spinach will keep its color bright green
Let’s make the sauce for the rice: 2 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, 3 tablespoons of Sprite, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds, a little sugar and salt and mix well. It’s ready. You can taste it for yourself.
I forgot to buy luncheon meat, so I bought this to make up for it.
Heat a little oil in a skillet and cook on both sides until golden brown.
I don’t have to tell you how to cook an egg when the rice is almost done.
Put the rice in a large container, arrange all the vegetables in a circle, and pour some of the dressing in the middle.
Then put the egg on top and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. It’s nice and nutritious.
It’s very simple, isn’t it But it’s super nutritious. You can eat it in the morning after watering it down.
I want to live one day at a time, one day at a time… and not worry about tomorrow… or tomorrow’s problems, or tomorrow’s problems, or tomorrow’s problems… and I want to be happy, hardworking, and gentle… and get through today.
