Home Version of Marinated Pork Rice
All the ingredients are cut as shown in the picture, I bought the pork in cold water and cooked it, add ginger, wine, star anise, fragrant leaves, a little soy sauce and cooked it for 20 minutes, eat as much as you want and cut as much as you want, the rest is frozen in the fridge, next time you eat it, thaw it ten minutes in advance.
In a pan with a little oil, put 3 pieces of icing sugar, because there is not much meat, if there is a lot of meat, increase the amount of icing sugar, when the oil is about 40-50 percent hot, put the icing sugar
Stir slowly, once the icing sugar is hot, the spatula will break it up with gentle pressure
Don’t overheat, keep stirring to thin out the sugar.
Continue stirring and pour in the diced pork when it is slowly bubbling yellow.
Stir-fry it for a while and coat it with sugar.
Pour in the chopped onion and garlic, add 3 pieces of rock sugar, or 2 pieces of rock sugar if you like it sweeter, add 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, stir-fry.
Then pour in the other ingredients and toss well
Add a bowl of water. I use a rice bowl.
When the water is boiling, put one star anise, add a little salt and simmer.
Prepare the gravy for thickening
Pour in a little sauce to thicken the gravy and cook for about 20 minutes, if not, pour more.
Pour the rice into a bowl and place on a plate, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and pour in the marinated pork to finish.
